UCLA partnered with Kyndryl and AWS to deploy a Generative AI assistant that transformed their MBA program operations—consolidating fragmented data across multiple platforms into a single, intelligent system that transformed the student journey - from enrollment through career placement - with personalized insights. The solution employs machine learning algorithms to deliver personalized guidance at scale, maintaining IS-3 security compliance while processing sensitive academic and career data.
